{"id":9105,"date":"2010-04-06T09:00:39","date_gmt":"2010-04-06T07:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.climatemonitor.it\/?p=9105"},"modified":"2010-04-06T09:00:39","modified_gmt":"2010-04-06T07:00:39","slug":"il-circo-volante-verde-sta-per-chiudere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.climatemonitor.it\/?p=9105","title":{"rendered":"Il circo (volante) verde sta per chiudere?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una delle pi\u00c3\u00b9 grandi contraddizioni mai emerse e sempre ignorate, \u00c3\u00a8 la quantit\u00c3\u00a0 di emissioni di anidride carbonica (s\u00c3\u00ac, la diabolica CO2) emessa per mandare in giro per il mondo dai delegati ambientalisti, ministri dell&#8217;ambiente, scienziati, attivisti e tutto il circo verde, appunto, per assistere ai vari incontri organizzati dall&#8217;UNFCCC (United Nationd <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_Nations_Framework_Convention_on_Climate_Change\">Framework Convention on Climate Change<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Viene da dirlo: si predica bene e si razzola male. Si pensi al recente summit di Co2penhagen, anche qui su CM abbiamo tentato, invano, di tenere la contabilit\u00c3\u00a0 dei mezzi a combustione utilizzati per spostare tutto l&#8217;entourage. Difficile dimenticare il dato di migliaia di limousine utilizzate nella capitale danese.<\/p>\n<p>Tutto questo va avanti da ben 20 anni e sempre in localit\u00c3\u00a0 esotiche: Bali, Marrakesh, Barcelona, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos  Aires e altre ancora.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente qualcuno ha deciso di rispondere alle accuse, pi\u00c3\u00b9 che fondate, di inquinare moltissimo (per ottenere sempre pochissimo). L&#8217;UNFCCC pare avviata sulla strada di stabilire una unica localit\u00c3\u00a0, nella quale far convergere annualmente tutti gli addetti ai lavori. Questa citt\u00c3\u00a0, probabilmente, sar\u00c3\u00a0 Bonn, sede ufficiale dell&#8217;UNFCCC.<\/p>\n<p>Interessante l&#8217;affermazione di Kat Watts, consigliere sul clima per il WWF:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The atmosphere of the location can  make a difference to the mood of delegates. There is a difference  between being able to go out to a caf\u00c3\u00a9 by the sea in Bali and have a  discussion as opposed to winter in Poland<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In italiano, l&#8217;atmosfera della localit\u00c3\u00a0 pu\u00c3\u00b2 fare la differenza, sull&#8217;umore dei delegati. C&#8217;\u00c3\u00a8 differenza tra uscire a prendere un caff\u00c3\u00a8 in riva al mare a Bali e fare una chiacchierata, e fare la stessa cosa durante un inverno polacco.<\/p>\n<p>Altro che Bonn,
